The number of corona positive cases is fluctuating in the state of Andhra Pradesh.AP is reporting a visible decline in the number of positive cases on one day and the number is again increasing on the following day.Currently, an 18-hours curfew is enforced across the state.
The state medical health department said 21,452 new positive cases were recorded in the last 24 hours.
With this, the number of people infected with the virus in Andhra Pradesh has reached 13,44,386 so far.Yesterday, on Tuesday, 89 people died due to coronavirus.This brings the number of deaths due to corona in the AP to the 8,988 mark.
In the last 24 hours, 9 people died due to Covid in Vijayanagaram district, 6 people died in Anantapur district, 9 people died in East Godavari district, 8 people died in Chittoor district, 8 people died in Guntur district, 5 people died in Kurnool district, 8 people died in Nellore district, 9 people died in Krishna district, 4 people died in Prakasam district, 11 people died in Visakhapatnam district, 7 people died in Srikakulam district, 3 people died in West Godavari and Kadapa districts.
Yesterday, 19,095 people recovered from the corona.This brings the total number of recoveries in AP to 11,38,028.
The total number of tests conducted in the state so far has reached 1,76,05,687 as 90,750 samples have been tested in the last 24 hours.Currently, 1,97,370 people are being treated at various hospitals in AP.
