A case has been registered against state Animal Husbandry Minister Seediri Appalaraju in Guntur district.Recently, a man named Kale Devadasu along with Telugu Desam Party leaders lodged a complaint against Minister Appalaraju at the Guntur Arundalpet police station.

Previously, a case was registered against Telugu Desam Party president and former chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu at the same police station.TDP Guntur parliamentary district president Tenali Shravan Kumar, the Western constituency in charge Kovelamoodi Ravindra, and several Telugu Desam party leaders accompanied Kale Devadasu to the police station.

In the complaint registered, they mentioned that, on the 8th of this month, the minister Appalaraju said on a TV channel that a new virus variant called N440K was identified in the Kurnool district and it is spreading 10 to 15 times faster than the corona.The complaint alleges that, due to this, the people of the state were being ridiculed by the neighboring states by stopping ambulances at the borders.

He said medical personnel, police, sanitation workers, and the front-line workers in the state were panicked due to the minister’s statement.He mentioned in the complaint that the minister should be arrested.
