Against this backdrop, the AP government issued GO 19.

Sangam Dairy directors have filed a petition against the recently issued GO 19 by the AP state government bringing Sangam Dairy under the purview of the Andhra Pradesh Dairy Development Corporation.However, the court ruled that the permission of the directors of the Sangam dairy was mandatory for the sale or purchase of assets belonging to them.

Recently, the AP government has taken a key decision in the case of Guntur District Sangam Dairy.

The AP government thought of bringing Sangam Dairy into the purview of the Guntur District Dairy Cooperative Society.The AP government has released GO, changing the ownership rights of Sangam Dairy.

Sangam Dairy has been handed over the responsibility of day-to-day operations to Tenali Sub-Collector.

After this, the Tenali Sub-Collector Mayur Ashok has reached Sangam Dairy to inquire into the situation.

However, the state government says that the GO was released with the intention of not disrupting the daily activities of the Sangam dairy.
