The Jagan government has taken a crucial decision in the wake of the increasing number of corona cases in the state of Andhra Pradesh.The AP government has imposed a night curfew in the state as in Telangana.
Minister Alla Nani announced that the night curfew will be in force from 10 pm to 5 am from tomorrow.
The shortage of beds, oxygen cylinders, and other infrastructure in hospitals is plaguing the growing number of corona patients in AP.In this context, CM Jagan is holding review meetings with concerned ministers from time to time to review the situation in the state.Minister Alla Nani disclosed the decisions taken at the meeting.
“We had an extensive discussion on the corona curbing in the state chaired by CM YS Jagan.The CM said vaccination was important as a part of welfare for the people.
Vaccination in the state is being implemented more carefully.People between the age group of 18-45 years are vaccinated for free.The government will spend Rs 1600 crore for this,” he said.
“The CM said strict measures must be taken if private hospitals charge more than the rates fixed by the government.We have already taken action against some hospitals,” said Alla Nani.
