There is no doubt that the entire Telugu film industry is eagerly waiting for Pawan Kalyan’s re-entry film ‘Vakeel Saab’ release.The film is hitting the screens on the 9th of April and the expectations are sky high over it.It is a remake of the Hindi hit film ‘Pink’ which has Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role.Director Venu Sriram made essential changes to the Telugu script that suits Pawan Kalyan’s star image and his market.
The trailer launch of ‘Vakeel Saab’ was done recently in a grand manner by screening it in a large number of theatres.Fans flocked into the theatres to watch the trailer and there was a lot of Hungama around too.Shruti Haasan is paired opposite Pawan Kalyan in this movie in an important cameo while Prakash Raj, Anjali, Nivetha Thomas, and Ananya have played crucial characters.
We have already reported that producer Dil Raju planned to make this event in grand style as this film marks the comeback of Power Star after three years.
But Hyderabad police department has declined permission for this grand event citing the Covid second wave scenario.Till yesterday there was no clarity over the grand pre-release event considering the ongoing situation but here is some good news for the fans.
The latest update is that the makers of the film have made an official announcement on the pre-release event of ‘Vakeel Saab’ by releasing a new poster.The poster confirms that the pre-release event will be held today, on the 4th of April at Shilpakala Vedika, Hyderabad.
They have also mentioned that only limited crowds will be allowed to enter the venue and people with valid passes and masks will only be allowed for the function.Stay tuned for more updates!
