Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has filed a defamation suit of crores against a YouTuber who brought up his name while spreading fake news.Akshay has served a Rs 500-crore defamation suit against a YouTuber named Rashid Siddiqui, who brought up his name in the Sushant Singh Rajput case.

Actor Akshay Kumar has served a defamation notice to a YouTuber from Bihar, seeking ₹500 crores in damages for making “false and baseless allegations” against him in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case.

Kumar, in the legal notice sent through law firm I C Legal on November 17, said Rashid Siddiquee, in his YouTube channel FF News, has uploaded several defamatory, libelous, and derogatory videos against him.

The Bollywood actor has sought an unconditional apology from the YouTuber, who has been booked by the Mumbai police in a separate defamation case, and also removal of objectionable videos from his channel.

“Our client (Kumar) states that because of your (Siddiquee’s) scandalous, defamatory and derogatory videos, he has suffered mental trauma agony and huge loss, including loss of reputation and goodwill, which our client quantifies at ₹500 crores,” the notice said.
