Calling out slogans for ‘Decentralization of Power’, ruling party YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy (RK) came onto the streets.Along with his supporters and party supporters, he began his march from Penumaka village in Guntur district to Bharatha Matha statue in Tadapelli.
En route, he was arrested and taken into the custody by the police.
Speaking on the same a police official commented that the YSRCP MLA did not have any kind of permission.
‘There was no prior permission for the rally.Huge number of party workers and his supporters took part in the rally.
Keeping in view of peace and harmony, the YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy arrest took place’, said the police department.
In fact, the police have initially warned the YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy to back off before arresting him.Along with the MLA, local YSRCP leaders including women have been arrested by the police, and taken to the police station.
Political analysts expressed that, the entire scene is scripted, and CM YS Jagan wanted to send a message to the public that the police department is impartial, and will take action in the best interest of the public.
