Congress MLA from Narayankhed in Telangana P Krishna Reddy died today.The senior leader passed away after he suffered a cardiac arrest at his residence in S.R.Nagar, Hyderabad.He was 67.
According to reports, the MLA suffered cardiac arrest in the wee hours of Tuesday.He was shifted to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead.The doctors who examined the leader reportedly told his family members that he died in the sleep following a massive stroke.
Krishna Reddy four times as MLA and he is one of the senior leaders in Telangana.He is also serving as chairman of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC).
He was elected to the Assembly from Narayanakhed constituency four times including in 1989, 1999, 2009 and 2014.Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and several others expressed shock over the legislator’s death.
