According to him, Dr Khilendra Saxena performed the post-mortem.

According to the sweeper, two other doctors also visited the mortuary that night.Doctor Khilendra Saxena was also contacted to confirm the claim of the sweeper, but he denied that he conducted an autopsy.

The CMO stated that the only option was to file legal action because the delays in the autopsy reports were hampering the police investigation.
