One of the leading Bollywood production houses, Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, has completed 4 decades in the entertainment industry.Their first film was ‘Dostana’ in 1980 and from then on the company has produced some of the iconic Hindi films like ‘Agneepath’, ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’, ‘Student of the Year’, ‘Kapoor & Sons’, ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, ‘Simmba’, ‘Kesari’ etc to name a few.
Now the latest news is that on this occasion, Karan Johar’s production company Dharma Productions is all set to introduce 14 New Directors to the Hindi Film Industry.The 14 new storytellers are on board for different projects and are labeled as “Directors Of Dharma”.
The new set of storytellers will be telling stories and making films of multiple genres including psychological thrillers, romance, action, etc.from digital releases to theatrical releases, these directors will ensure full-on entertainment for their audiences.
The directors introduced by Karan Johar include Collin D’Cunha, Sharan Sharma, Raj Mehta, Bhanu Pratap Singh, Paras Chakravarti, Vivek Soni, Amritpal Bindra, Anand Tiwari, Karan Singh Tyagi, Anubhuti Kashyap, Shazia Iqbal, Pushkar Ojha, Sagar Amre, and Kayoze Irani.
Sharing a picture and a video on Dharma Productions’ official social media handles, they have captioned the post saying, “#DirectorsOfDharma In the last 4 decades, Dharma Productions has inspired and championed over 20 storytellers to set new benchmarks of creating stories that resonate with the audience.”
