Alcohol ban has led 13 people to die consuming hand sanitizer in Andhra Pradesh.
All over the country, many places have been marked as hotspots and strict guidelines are being implemented to reduce the Covid-19 effect.
As a result, alcohol consumers are finding a hard time to get at least a quarter bottle.Consequently, many illiterates are said to be drinking hand sanitizers on knowing that they have a higher alcohol percentage.
A village named Kurichedu in Andhra Pradesh has witnessed 13 such deaths in a span of two days.The deceased is said to be consuming hand sanitizers for many days.
According to the villagers, the local bar shops have been closed for 10 days to combat Coronavirus.
The incident has raised many eyebrows across the country.
Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan has also released a press note stating to probe immediately on Kurichedu incident. Currently, the police are investigating the case and the samples of hand sanitizers in all the nearby shops have been sent to forensic lab.The district SP Siddharth Kaushal said that very soon the truth behind the incident will be unfolded.
