Corona positive cases continue to rise in Andhra Pradesh.The state medical health department said 1171 new Covid positive cases had been reported in Andhra Pradesh in the past 24 hours.
In addition, the number of people infected with the virus in Andhra Pradesh has reached 20,43,244.In the last 24 hours, 11 people died while receiving treatment in various hospitals.
This brings the total number of deaths due to the virus in AP to 14,108.
In the past 24 hours, three covid victims died each in Nellore and Chittoor districts.
Two covid victims died in the Krishna district.One covid victim died each in Prakasam, West Godavari and Visakhapatnam districts.
1207 people recovered from the corona in the last 24 hours.This brings the total number of discharges in AP to 20,15,387.
The total number of tests conducted in the state has reached 2,79,25,469 as 55,251 samples were tested in the last 24 hours in AP.Currently, 13,749 people are being treated at various hospitals in AP.
In the last 24 hours, four covid cases were reported in Anantapur district, 212 cases were reported in Chittoor district, 211 cases were reported in East Godavari, 131 cases were reported in Guntur district.153 cases were reported in Kadapa, 104 cases were reported in Krishna district, one case was reported in Kurnool.137 cases in Nellore, 166 in Prakasam, 22 cases in Srikakulam, 49 in Visakhapatnam, 19 cases in Vijayanagaram and 157 cases were reported in West Godavari districts.
