 Okka Kshanam Review-TeluguStop.com

What’s it about ?

Jeeva (Allu Sirish) and Jo (Surabhi) fall in love with each other.But there are parallel couple with parallel lives (Srinivas Avasarala and Seerat Kapoor) who received a tragic end to their love story from destiny.

When Jeeva leans that everything happened in former love story is happening in the latter’s love story, he starts a mission go against the destiny and save his love.Did he succeed? Check out in theaters near you.

Performances :

Allu Sirish is good with her attire and diction.In the first half, he mostly carries a routine Telugu hero with a family.

But it’s the second half which brings out an impressive actor out of him.Surabhi is beautiful, little weighed looks wise.She managed well.Avasarala Srinivas does a brilliant job even though he is not leading the story.Seerat Kapoor is just okay.Dasari Arun Kumar has done a noticeable role after long time.Rohini and V.Jayaprakash were as usual.

Technical team :

Music plays a vital role in thrillers.Don’t know how come Manisharma still manages to pull out so much good stuff despite being in the industry for so long.Background score is really impressive.It uplifted the key scenes on regular basis.Songs are okay.Editing could have been in the first half and at the end.Film could have been trimmed more.Cinematography is good.

Quite a few frames have been shot beautifully.DI work is good.Production values are rich.

Analysis :

For the first time you are seeing something on parallel lives in Tollywood.So, the plot is very much new to the audience.That is where the director started his successful journey.But he injected flaws into the narration.We can’t complain much since he has to cater for every section of audience in the market he is making a movie for.The interval scenes are too good and will take you by thrill.Even after interval there are quite a few superbly directed scenes.

But the film has a mundane later half in the second half.However, it’s still a good watch this weekend.

Plus Points :

* Story
* Interval scenes
* Manisharma
* Gripping narration in most parts.

Minus Points :

* Stretched end
* Few unnecessary scenes

Brief note :

Okka Kshanam – not to be missed

Rating : 3.25/5
