Calm going Victory Venkatesh received shock from GHMC when it issued notices to the hero regarding his building which is under construction at Film nagar asking him to give a clarification over violation of norms within 10 days
As per the notice served by GHMC an under construction building on Film Nagar, Road No 1, No 8-2-293/82/F/A/3 belonging to Venkatesh violated many permissions.Before media began to make a hill out of mole, Venkatesh quickly reacted on the notices issued by GHMC.
The actor has clearly stated that property No 8-2-293/82/F/A/3 was not in his control and it has been leased out to Munna United Hospitality Services, represented by its Director, P.Pramod Kumar from September 2014.Additionally, Venkatesh also showed the legal documents of lease agreements, GHMC permission certificates and also property tax sheets paid till date.
So, the Victory Star may not be the person in GHMC hit list and he was not responsible for the controversy.
