Telugu Cinema has never been a favourite child for Sequels.Commercial blockbusters, classics and all failed to reach the expectations in the second installment.
The recent biggie, Sardaar Gabbar Singh was a big upset for the audience and Powerstar fans, which was way below the standard of Gabbar Singh.
Having said that, another two sequels will be testing their luck in near future.
While Maruthi has announced a sequel to Bhale Bhale Mogadivoy, Nagarjuna has also given green signal for Soggade Chinninayana sequel.Today, he has made a statement that ‘Soggade Chinninayana – Bangarraaju’ will get started next year in the direction of Kalyan Krishna after the filmmaker finishes his commitment with Naga chaitanya.
However, the sequel of Bhale Bhale Mogadivoy will take a delayed start when compared with Soggade Chinninayana sequel as Maruthi and Nani have other commitments in pipeline.
