Puri Jagnnath who involved in a land rift with some of the persons yesterday had given his explanation to media today.In this he put allegation on builders Ramaraju and Subbaraju.
He disclosed that the land was sold five years back with an agreement to transfer an existing loan of five crores on to builder name in the agreement.Even the agreement is known by Branch manager according to Puri.
Later he identified the transaction was not completed when he visited SBI Masab tank branch for another home loan.Puri says he immediately filed a case with police on builders.
Considering this, Builders ran away from country and settled in abroad.Victims who complained on Puri wife may not aware of this issue, due to this reason they had complained on his wife according to Puri.
Police started initial investigation are not available for any comments.Puri urged police department to provide justice to him and protect his rights along with Victims and requested to take strict action on builders.
