In the last few days there has been a rumour that 14 top producers of the industry have come to a decision of banning all but three news channels for advertising their projects.Some media channels even warned the ban on the productions of those producers.
This development has sent the indication that Telugu Film Producers Council (TFPC) might be behind it.
Telugu Film Producers Council on Saturday issued a press release to clear the air about the issue and they said that council has nothing to do with the stand taken by producers.In its letter it also urged Print/Electronic Media and Websites to stop reviewing films after their immediate release.
The council said that producers were incurring huge losses because of the reviews.
Meanwhile the council is all set to blacklist the notorious producer Mastan Vali for his alleged involvement in the red sanders smuggling.Mastan Vali produced the unreleased Prema Prayanam, starring Neetu Aggarwal, also facing charges in the case.
