Subsequent to the state bifurcation, competition between AP and Telangana in developmental activities are shooting up.In fact Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Shri.Nara Chandrababu Naidu toured many countries like Japan, China, Singapore inviting their Presidents and Prime Ministers to visit AP capital and invest in the state.There were lot of hopes pinned in CBN but nothing materialized so far.
On the other side of the coin, K.Taraka Rama Rao, IT Minister of Telangana was in Sri Lanka on the eve of Human Capital Summit met Prime Minister of Sri Lanka Ranil Wickremesinghe and invited him to the state of Telangana.In turn PM Ranil Wickremesinghe is understood to have accepted the proposal and assured KTR that he will be coming to Telangana during his visit to India in October.Credit of this success is surely into the pockets of KTR.
