Eamcet-2 Entrance paper leak case is being investigated by Telangana State Crime Investigation Department, in proceeding of investigation C.I.D.has booked a case on preliminary inquiry .C.I.D.Officials suspect two brokers and five students behind this crime.Its vaguely understood that paper got leaked from printing press itself.CID is making a thorough investigation into the clerical and other employees of EAMCET.CID raided on few places in Khammam, Warangal districts to track down the broker’s activity.5 Students were also interrogated in this connection.
Convenor N Ramana Rao and other officials were also questioned by CID officials as they intended to get more info on the preparation of question papers.Names of the suspects are not yet declared but they are booked under the sections IPC 406 (Criminal breach of trust), Section 408 (Criminal breach of trust by clerk or servant), 420 (Cheating case), 120b, Section 8 of AP Public Examinatino Prevention of Malpractice Act 1987.
A senior CID official stated that they have enough evidence to prove the crime and shortly they will come out with a clear picture.Convener stated that himself and his his other staff will fully co-operate with CID.According to information CID is now focusing on investigation on top rank holders.
