The High Court adjourned the bail petition of TDP MLA Revanth Reddy and three other accused in the note-for-vote case to Tuesday.Responding on the bail petition moved by revanth the High Court reserves its decision and adjourned the case to Tuesday.
Telangana Advocate General Ramakrishna Reddy appeared on behalf of the ACB and advocate Siddarth Rohit argued on behalf of Revanth Reddy in the High Court today.Revanth’s lawyer argued that his client was eligible for bail as he strictly following the guidelines from the day he was arrested.
Other side Telangana Advocate General Ramakrishna Reddy expressed there is chance to influence the evidences if Revanth is released on bail.After hearing the arguments court postponed the case to next Tuesday.
Revanth Reddy was arrested on May 31 in the cash for vote scandal.He applied for bail on June 2.The beleaguered MLA was given 12 hour bail on June 11 to attend his daughter’s engagement ceremony.
