We suffer with several pains frequently in every day life. A small tear in the hands due to some extra load work, head ache for unknown reasons, knee pain because of weak bones, back pain, neck pain, hip pain and so on. The list is too big. Patients who suffer from small to chronic pains, need not depend on pain killers. Instead they can get a good sleep and some coffee afterwards. This simple trick will work. Coffee should make you alert in day time and contribute for a better and pleasant sleep in the night. This study was conducted on mice and it was found that any living being if subjected to less sleep, that will only increase and worsen the pain. The nonsterodial anti inflammatory drugs or pain killers like Libuprofen and Morphine failed to show any good impact on the pain in sleep deprived mice. It proves that sleeplessness will decrease the healing power.
On the flip side, mice which had healthy sleep were responding quickly to the treatment given for pain. So, this is it. Pain can be reduced by proper sleep. There is no guarantee of pain killer treating your pain if you are not having a proper sleep in your daily life. Since repeated usage of pain killers could cost many side effects, it’s better to take help of coffee and sleep when your pain is minimal or not so bad.
