There have been various media reports which reveal that sensational director VV Vinayak has sold his house.But various people have various reasons for this.
In fact, VV Vinayak has specially designed the house by consulting several architects and the house costs around 30 crores.This house is situated in Banjara Hills of Hyderabad.
But the reports from the film nagar reveal that Vinayak sold his house as he had to clear so many debts which resulted after the failure of the film Akhil.Vinayak also compensated the distributors in some areas.
As a result, he is in losses and was left with no other choice except selling his house.
But our reports clearly revealed that there is some other reason behind Vinayak selling the house.
Vinayak is a person who believes in sentiments.And, the house has some Vasthu problems and the luck is not favouring him.As a result, after waiting for the right deal, Vinayak sold his house to a party.VV Vinayak is currently busy with the pre production works of Chiranjeevi’s 150th film.It is the official remake of Kaththi.Ram Charan will be producing the film.
