Ram Charan’s recent outing Dhruva is a remake to Tamil film Thani Oruvan.Chiranjeevi’s prestigious 150th film Khaidi No.150 is a remake of Tamil film Kaththi and Pawan Kalyan’s next two Katamarayudu and RT Neason’s film are remakes of Tamil films Veeram and Vedalam respectively.
While there is serious criticism on Mega family playing a safe game with remakes, Ram Charan backs the policy of doing remakes.
In a recent interaction with fans, Ram Charan said that doing a remake is nothing but bringing a good cinema for Telugu audience.
” First of all we are Indians.I see no regional difference in Cinema.If a good film is made in one state, we try to bring that film to Telugu audience.That’s it.It’s not about scarcity of good stories.” Charan said in an electric atmosphere filled with mega fans.
