Actress Jyothika is facing the camera first time after the marriage in the Tamil remake of Malayalam film How old are you?.There were rumors that the actress will enact the same character in the Telugu remake of the film.
The film will be produced by Jyothika’s actor husband Surya under his own banner 2D Entertainement.The latest on the Tamil remake of How Old Are You, which has Jyothika in the lead, is that it will be completed in a week’s time.
There were rumors that film will also be remade in Telugu and Jyothika will play the lead in this version too.Refuting the media Suriya’s home production house 2D Entertainment released a press statement.
The press note reads below “There were more calls on airs that Jyothika will be reprising the lead roles in the other remakes of How Old Are You, which 2D Entertainment has acquired the rights (Except Malayalam, the original version).It has been affirmed that Jyothika will not be a part of these remakes and that several top-charting production houses of Tollywood, Bollywood and other regional film industries are up with high offers to 2D Entertainment as many A-league actresses of their respective industries are curious to play the lead role.”
