Nayeem is also said to have paid bribe of Rs.1000 for journalists and cameramen for covering Ganesh Festival organized by him at Savera Hotel in 2015, apart from this they were also gifted with wrist watches.Police officials can’t take action against journalists or cameramen without proper evidence of accepting or taking gifts. As of now only Hari Prasad is taken into custody for accepting lot of money from gangster Nayeem.

Telangana Working Journalists Union strongly objected cops for including Journalists names in the remand report.Union claimed accepting covers and gifts in presence of media is not illegal, in that case even some TRS Leaders were also involved then why no action is taken against them?
