Seems the demand of making Balakrishna as Chief Minister has not yet diluted.Former Member of Parliament Ponnam Prabhakar shocked the political analysts of both the Telugu states by demanding actor Balakrishna be made the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
Ponnam Prabhakar visited Tirumala yesterday and speaking to media Ponnam said it is not right to name Shamshabad airport after great leader NTR.Prabhakar said that if Chandrababu Naidu respects late NTR in real, he should replace himsef with Balayya as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.He said NTR’s native place Nimmakuru village in Krishna District should be named after him.
“I ask Chandra Babu Naidu if he has that much love towards NTR, first name the Krishna district after him and give a ministry to Balakrishna” he said.
Telangana PCC President Ponnala Lakshmaiah, who also came along with him to Tirupati, said that both governments should co-operate with each other .He said it is not wise for the democratic governments to clash with each other in view of political rivalry between their parties.Wonder what will be the reaction of Chandra Babu, TDP and Nandamuri fans for Ponnam unexpected comments.
