When Mahesh Babu was in super form with back to back successful films like Dookudu, Businessman and Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, 1-Nenokkadine seriously disturbed the flow.The actor went into deep thoughts and did something like Aagadu which also went wrong.But the thing is, Aagadu was a record opener.1-Nenokkadine didn’t open on a record note as it was an experiment.When compared with amount of losses, 1-Nenokkadine is much bigger disaster than Aagadu.
After the humongous success of Srimanthudu, which had both record openings and lifetime, again an experiment like Brahmotsavam yielded bad name for Mahesh.
Brahmotsavam neither had record openings nor a decent run.It is mathematically, an all time disaster.Class films aren’t going good for Mahesh Babu.
The actor might have reviewed this and doesn’t want to do pure class films anymore.
May be, that is the reason why Mahesh made changes in his lineup and eliminated Vikram Kumar from the list.His next 3, Murugadoss, Koratala Siva and Trivikram know how to mix class and mass elements and guarantee record openings at least.
