Hindupur MLA Nandamurii Balakrishna has reportedly received court notices.According to the reports, Lok Adalat has served notices to Balakrishna alleging that the MLA of Hindupur constituency is not responding to the people’s woes n his constituency.
Apart from Balayya two more officers Municipal Chairperson Lakshmi and Municipal Commissioner Veerabhadra Rao have also received notices from Lok Adalat.
Going into details in 1993 a master plan was framed for road extension from Hindupur Bypass road to Penukonda Road.
However, so far this has not been taken and no one is responding about the matter.Lok Adalat felt that people’s representatives failed to address the issues and issued the notice which said that the three should be present at the court hearing on August 1st.
It was recently that a survey published by media house showed actor turned Hindupur MLA as the worst MLA on the parameters of his availability to his people.The survey was about how many MLAs are not available to people of their respective constituencies.And Balayya topped the list.
