They should be Uttara Andhra (Northern Andhra), Madhya Andhra (Central Andhra), Coastha Andhra(Coastal Andhra) and Rayalaseema.

• Vishakhapatnam should be set up as a high-tech zone and 109 office should be set up in its zone.

• High Court should be set up in Visakhapatnam and a High Court Bench should be in either Anantapur or Kurnool.

• Assembly, secretariat, the chief minister’s office should be set up in the capital city.

• It urged to do justice to Kurnool, as it was a capital in the past for the state of Andhra.

• Mangalagiri area has less reserved forest.

• 1458 acres of government land is available in VGTM while 10000 acres are required for capital construction

• Land Acquisition will take 3 to 4 years.

• It is not feasible to acquire lands at current market rate.

Since land rates are already high in Vijayawada and Guntur.Development should not be centralized in the Capital.

• Some government offices can be setup at Nuziveedu, Musunooru, Amaravathi and Pulichintala

• Basic Amenities and Educational institutes should be setup in backward areas.

• Government offices and Educational institutions should be distributed to all the 13 districts.

• Domestic and International investments should yield ample employment oppurtunities.

• CM office, Secretariat should be setup in Nuziveedu, Gannavaram and Musunooru.

• 110 department offices should be in different places unlike Hyderabad where they are in a single location.
