YSRCP MLA Kodali Nani faced an embarrassing situation after high court refused his petition against appointment of Andhra Pradesh DGP Ramudu.
Nani recently filed a petition in High Court challenging the appointment of Andhra Pradesh DGP, Ramudu is illegal.
In his petition Nani alleged that Chandrababu gave preference to Ramudu since he helped him during the NTR’s Viceroy hotel episode way back.Nani also alleges that Ramudu got extension of his service after his date of birth was corrected in the year 1993
In his petition Nani urged the court to set aside the appointment apart from declaring the action of AP Govt in appointing him as illegal.
The petition took up by the court today and High court took a serious note and lashed out Nani.The High Court bench fumes upon him for wasting the court’s precious time with silly complaints and dismissed his petition.
“Despite being a public representative, why do you want to waste court’s time?” questioned the bench.The court asked his counsel why did he approached it without going to Tribunal court.
