Forbes unveiled the list of Top 100 Powerful Celebrities in India for the year 2014.From Tollywood, It was Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kayan and Allu Arjun featured in the list.
Forbes has announced the names of top earning celebrities.While Mahesh Babu grabbed first position in Tollywood with approximately INR 51 crores earned in the year, Pawan kalyan is placed at second in the list with about INR 16 crores.
Overall, Pawan Kalyan grabbed 74 position and Mahesh Babu settled at 30 th position.Allu Arjun found place at 80 th rank.
Mahesh Babu was ranked 31 in the list last year and improved his rank despite two failures in the form of 1-Nenokkadine and Aagadu.Pawan Kalyan was ranked at 53 but dropped to 74 this year.
Many Tamil and Kannada actors have found a place in the Forbes list, prepared by calculating the earnings of the celebrities through entertainment and endorsements for the period 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2014, according to Forbes India.
Mahesh Babu: Rank – 30; Earning – Rs 51 crore; Money Rank: 14; Fame Rank: 88.
Pawan Kaylan: Rank – 74; Earning – Rs 16 crore; Money Rank: 38; Fame Rank: 86.
Allu Arjun: Rank – 80; Earning – Rs 11.5 crore; Money Rank: 54; Fame Rank: 79.
