Amit Sibal son of Former Union Minister Kapil Sibal filed Criminal Defamation Case against Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia, former Aam Aadmi Party leaders Prashant Bhushan and Shazia in Court.Amit Sibal a lawyer by profession stated that the above mentioned people alleged that he misused the position of his father in representing a Telecom Firm on 20th September 2014.
So, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia had to attend Court on Sunday, court ordered for a trail based on legal suit according to Section 500 (Defamation) of Indian Penal Code.Accused claimed that they are not guilty of committing any offence was said in the trail.
Criminal cases were booked against another 12 more AAP MLA’s in the last couple of years.Controversies between Center and State is creating lot of hurdles for people of Delhi.
