Telangana youth Congress leaders – former MLA P.Vishnuvardhan Reddy and Kalwakurthy MLA Vamshichand Reddy today involved in a fight at a marriage in N Convention Center.Both reportedly came to ‘blows’ followed by an altercation and complained against each other at Madhapur police station
The incident happened when the two attended a function at N Convention Center, Madhapur.Small misunderstanding flared up into a big issue and resulted in both Vishnu and Vamsi catching each other’s collars.
Vamsi attended for marriage of Vishnu’s brother-in-law and upon the arrival of MLA;Vamsi’s gunman asked former MLA Vishnu to give a way and this has irked Vishnu.“Sir is coming.Move away,” the gunman reportedly told and tried to move Vishnu out of Vamsi’s way.
A visibly angry Vishnu punched the gunman and this had led to a brawl between the two leaders.Later, both the leaders reached the Madhapur police station and lodged complaint against each other.On receipt of the complaints, the Madhapur police registered cases against both under Sections 324 and 506 IPC.
Vishnu further said that he has not invited Vamsi to the marriage.” I don’t know who invited him to the marriage.He indulged in a fight and his gunman pointed the gun at me.Meanwhile, Vamshichand claimed he was invited by the bride’s family repeatedly to attend the marriage and he had to oblige their request.The MLA alleged that Vishnu assaulted his gun man without any provocation and challenged him for a fight in the heart of Hyderabad or in Mahbubnagar district.
