After the notification for the four MLC seats in Andhra Pradesh was issued, TDP chief Chandrababu picked Jupudi for one of the seats.
But all of sudden he was replaced by Pratibha bharathi.
Jupudi is from Prakasam district but he has registered himself as voter in Kukatpally of Telangana state.
He forgot to get it transferred to Andhra Pradesh after the state bifurcation and it made him to become ineligible for contesting as MLC.Similarly, the party is likely to nominate Beeda Ravichandra Yadav instead of Anuradha.
Jupudi Prabhakar, a staunch supporter of Jagan, quit YSRCP and joined TDP and became its spokesperson .Jupudi came out of YSR Congress after the 2014 elections alleging backstabbing by Jagan .However Senior TDP leaders are angry with new entrant of party Jupudi getting ticket.So in order to calm down the new born fire, Chandrababu chooses Prathiba Bharathi over Jupudi.
