ACB court on Monday extended judicial custody of TDP legislator A.Revanth Reddy till July 13th in cash-for-vote scam.The court dealing with the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) cases also extended the remand of two other accused Sebastian Harry and Uday Simha.

The remand for scam accused Reddy, Rudra Udaysimha and Bishop Harry Sebastian ended today.

The prosecution sought an extension of their remand as the investigation is still underway, and the court extended it by two more weeks, up to July 13.

The ACB court issued orders extending the judicial remand of the trio till July 13.Later, the officials shifted Revanth Reddy to Cherlapalli jail.On the other hand, the bail petition of Revanth Reddy will come to hearing in the High Court on Tuesday.

Revanth Reddy had been released on 12-hour bail on Thursday to enable him to attend his daughter’s engagement.The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) arrested the TDP MLA on May 31.Revanth was arrested on a complaint by nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson, alleging that Revanth attempted to bribe him to favour the TDP candidate in the Telangana legislative council elections.
