Kollywood hero Rajnikanth is facing a film like situation in his real life now.The Exim Bank’s paper announcement about auction of Rajnikanth’s properties is creating havoc among his fansand the Kollywood film circles.Going into details Media One Global Entertainment Ltd has obtained huge loan of Rs.20 crores from the Exim Bank during the making of Rajnikanth’s semi animated movie Kochchadaiiyaan.

Apparently, Latha, wife of Superstar, has been involved as a stakeholder in Media one.Latha has given surety to the Media One for availing a loan from the bank.The amount bulged to Rs.22 crores with the interest.

The company is unable to pay the loan in time which is to be taken care of by Latha.As it’s not paid on time, the bank has sent the auction notice.

As per the notice Rajini’s two acres of Kanchipuram land is in the list of properties and the two acres are likely to be auctioned.The advertisement of the auction was published in a newspaper.

“This amount is due as on July 17, 2014 together with further interest and liquidated damages as per contractual rates and other expenses/costs thereon with effect from July 18, 2014 till payment within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice.The borrower in particular and the public in general are hereby cautioned not to deal with the property/asset and any dealings with the property/asset will be subject to charges of Exim Bank for the amount outstanding as per its security documents, with further interest, costs, expenses and charges thereon with payment,” the notice said.

2014 has been a bad year for the star .Two of his films Kochadaiiyaan and Lingaa, failed at BO and incurred huge loses.
