We already reported that Tv 9 News reader Badri (38) died in a car accident at Lakshmi Nagar of Dwaraka Tirumala Mandal in West Godavari district on Sunday. His wife and two children, were injured in the accident and they were taken to the nearest government hospital in Eluru.
As per reports Bhadri’s youngest son Sati Satwik (8) succumbed while undergoing treatment at a hospital. Badri’s parents were unconsolable as they lost their son and younger grandson. Earlier Badri’s elder brother too died in a road mishap.
Badri, his wife Lakshmi Sujatha, their two sons Sai and Satwik and their relative G. Tarak were in the car at the time of accident. They were returning to his native village Avupadu in Nallacharla Manadal after attending a marriage function in Dwaraka Tirumala Devasthanam on Saturday night. Badri wife is said to be out of danger and she was not yet reported with death news of her son and husband.
Badri’s death sent shockwaves in media industry and a pall of gloom descended on his house. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, his Telangana counterpart K Chandrasekhar Rao, leaders of all political parties in both the States and the entire media fraternity have expressed deep shock over incident.
