Andhra Pradesh finance Minister Yanamala Rama Krishnudu had introduced the first Budget of Andhra Pradesh state.The total budget of the state amounts to 1,11,884 Crore with more than 25000 Crore deficit.

The budget has maximum of 8465 Crore allotments to Irrigation department.The budget being presented by the Telugu Desam government after a gap of 10 years

The budget made adequate allocations for the promises in the manifesto and new schemes like Anna canteens, NTR Sujala Sravanthi, with participation of civil society and corporate sector.

Yanamala said that his government is aiming to provide better services to people through various welfare schemes and to weed out the bogus, AP government is planning to make Aadhar link mandatory for all the schemes

Total Budget: Rs 1,11,824 crore (Plan Expenditure: Rs 26,000 crore, Non-Plan Expenditure: Rs 85,15,100 crore).

Revenue Deficit: Rs 6,064 crore

Finance Deficit: Rs 12,064 crore

Farm Loan Waiver: Rs 1.5 lakh per family

Law & Order: Rs 3,339 crore

Disaster Management: Rs 403 crore

Information Technology: Rs 111 crore

Irrigation: Rs 8,467 crore

Fuel Industry: Rs 7,164 crore

R & B: Rs 2,612 crore

Environment, Forest, Science & Tehnology: Rs 418 crore

Higher Education: Rs 2,272 crore

Intermediate Education: Rs 812 crore

School Education: Rs 12,595 crore

Heath & Family Welfare: Rs 4,388 crore

BC Welfare: Rs 3,130 crore

Minority Welfare: Rs 3,371 crore

Women Welfare: Rs 1,095 crore

Handicapped & Aged: Rs 65 crore

Youth Services: Rs 126 crore

Tourism: Rs 113 crore

Housing: Rs 8,808 crore

Civil Supplies: Rs 2,318 crore

Village Development: Rs 6,094 crore

Urban Development: Rs 3,134 crore

Pension for Aged and Handicapped: Rs 1,500 from October

Panchayat Raj: Rs 4,260 crore

Water Supply – Villages: Rs 1,152 crore
