Once again they back to news with wrong reason.Erramanzil court has given big shock to Jeevitha over a cheque bounce case.
She was sentenced two year jail term and was fined Rs 25 Lakhs by the court.According to sources, Jeevitha has issued Rs 22 lakh Cheque to producer Shekar Reddy but it was bounced and he approached the court regarding this.
The producer has filed a case few months back and the court has passed a verdict today.The dispute was related to Evadaithe Nakenti movie.
Rajasekhar couple produced Evadaithe Nakenti film and it was co produced by Sama Chandrasekhar Reddy.Disputes occurred between them over financial matters.
Jeevita owed 25 lakhs to Reddy and she offered two cheques which was bounced later.After repeated requests also she not paid heed and he approached the court.
It is learnt that, Jeevitha is planning to move High Court on this.She is expected to pay the fined amout of Rs 25 Lakhs.
